We have posted our annual admission notice. Please note the steps below detailing when and how to apply for the academic year 2025 - 2026. 

 

The application form is downloadable from October 3rd 2024.

 

The school will commence accepting applications for admission on Thursday 3rd October 2024

The school will cease accepting applications for admission on Thursday 24th October 2024

The Date by which applicants will be notified of the decision on their application is Wednesday 13th November 2024

The period within which applicants must confirm acceptance of an offer of admission is between receipt of offer and Friday, 22nd November 2024 at 2.15pm

 

For those wishing to apply to classes from Senior Infants to 6th Class (Including applicants for The Nest applying for a place in The Nest for SI to 6th Class), you do not need to complete step 1 (pre-enrolment). You will follow step 2 onwards starting by downloading the application form (downloadable from October 3rd) and submitting it in line with the admission notice dates alongside any supporting documents as per the application form.

Parents/Guardians please note that admission form for all our classes (Junior Infants to 6th Class and 'The Nest') 2025/26 will be accepted from the 3rd of October, 2024 until Thursday 24th of October, 2024 (2:15pm). Applications will not be accepted outside of this time period but you will be welcome to request an application form from the school office: admin@kotgns.com to apply to go on a waiting list. Offers of places will be sent on Wednesday 13th of November 2024 and confirmation of acceptance must be made by Friday 22nd of November 2024 at 2:15pm.
